Job description

Legend is hiring a Senior Product Manager.

This is an opportunity to join one of Legend’s flagship casino affiliate products at a key stage of its evolution, taking strategic ownership of high-impact product areas and shaping customer experiences that drive significant commercial outcomes.

Working with an experienced Product leadership team, you’ll play a key role in defining product direction, driving strategic priorities and leading complex initiatives across a high-traffic affiliate site. You'll champion rapid experimentation, data-driven decision making and continuous optimisation to deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll start by immersing yourself in the product, understanding its commercial opportunities and building strong relationships across the business, before driving broader product strategy, influencing priorities and taking ownership of high-impact initiatives.

Your Impact:

Take strategic ownership of complex, high-impact areas of one of Legend's flagship casino affiliate products, driving measurable commercial outcomes and long-term product performance.
Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps, identifying opportunities, setting priorities and making complex decisions that balance customer needs with wider business objectives.
Lead product discovery and experimentation across multiple initiatives, using customer research, competitive intelligence and data insights to uncover opportunities and shape strategic direction.
Drive significant improvements in user engagement, traffic, conversion and commercial performance, taking accountability for outcomes through continuous optimisation and experimentation.
Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data, UX and commercial teams, aligning competing priorities and driving complex initiatives through to delivery.
Champion modern Product Management practices, AI-enabled ways of working and a strong experimentation culture, mentoring others and helping elevate product capability across the wider function.

Personality prerequisites and skills

What You'll Bring?

Significant Product Management experience, with a proven track record of owning complex products or multiple product areas and delivering measurable commercial impact.
Strong strategic product thinking, with experience defining product direction, building roadmaps and making complex prioritisation decisions that influence wider business outcomes.
Advanced product discovery and experimentation skills, using customer research, data analysis and commercial insights to identify opportunities and drive meaningful product outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience aligning senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
A highly structured and commercially minded approach to Product Management, demonstrating strategic ownership, accountability and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
Experience working on customer-facing digital products, ideally within high-traffic, SEO-driven, marketplace or affiliate environments.
Confidence using AI tools and modern Product practices to improve product performance, drive innovation and elevate ways of working across teams.

Information for the job seeker

1st: Initial Chat with our Talent Partner (45 minutes via Zoom or Teams)
2nd: Interview with one of our Senior Product Managers and our GM - Gaming (approximately 1 hour, preferably in person, with Teams available if required)
3rd: Values interview Interview with a member of our people team.
4th: Take-home Product task - you'll be given time to complete the task before presenting back to one of our Senior Product Managers, GM - Gaming and our Chief Gaming Officer. The presentation will take place in the office.
